Sharing The Word Of God

A friend sent a picture of a table full of colorful sticky notes, with handwritten Bible verses on them. The ones I could see were John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” 1 John 4: 8, “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” Luke 1: 37, “ For no word from God will ever fail.” PVMC’s youth, Cynthia, and her friends put their handwritten Bible verses around Mayfair to share the Word of God! 

Cynthia said the reason they chose Mayfair is because it is a popular place. There are so many people who are going through a hard time and when they see a Bible verse it will bring them joy and they want to share the Word of God because GOD IS GOOD! Maybe this will make others share His Word too. They want to help save souls. Ruby said “I wanted to spread the word of God for people who needed it most and to heal more people in need.” Gigi said, “I did it because I love spreading the Word of God, and He already does so much for us in our daily lives so it was the least we could do. I am so happy I got this opportunity.” Sydnie said “sometimes it’s hard to go out and tell people how much God loves them and how they need Him in their life. I want to spread His Word because there’s a lot of people out there that really need the Lord. I think it’s a great thing that we did and would love to do it again.” Elle said, “I did this because I want people to repent and spread the Word of the Lord and for some people, it can brighten their day. We love God so much we wanted to share this message and want people to trust God and go to heaven.”

Mark 16: 15, “He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’” So proud of you girls! Keep spreading His Word!
